Command List

Find all the information about the commands available in PoinBot. Click a card to see examples, arguments and tips.

Removes the member and prevents them from returning until unbanned. Respects hierarchy: you cannot ban someone with a role equal to or higher than yours.

/banir

Arguments

  • membro Membro required Who will be banned.
  • motivo Texto optional Reason (recorded in logs).

Examples

/banir @Usuario Spam repetido

Bans the user for spam.

/banir @Usuario

Bans without a specific reason.

Notes: Requires the **Ban Members** permission.

Since Discord doesn't suggest banned members in autocomplete, you need to paste the user ID manually.

/desbanir

Arguments

  • user_id Texto (ID) required Numeric ID of the banned user.
  • motivo Texto optional Reason for unban.

Examples

/desbanir 123456789012345678 Apelação aceita

Unbans the user with this ID.

Notes: How to copy the ID: enable **Developer Mode** and right-click the user's name → **Copy ID**.

Unlike a ban, the member can rejoin via invite. Useful for removing someone causing a momentary issue.

/expulsar

Arguments

  • membro Membro required Who will be kicked.
  • motivo Texto optional Reason recorded in logs.

Examples

/expulsar @Usuario Comportamento tóxico

Kicks the user citing the reason.

Notes: Requires the **Kick Members** permission.

During the timeout, the member cannot talk, react, or join voice channels. Use it to give a "temporary punishment".

/silenciar

Arguments

  • membro Membro required Who will be timed out.
  • minutos Número required Duration in minutes. Max: 40320 (28 days).
  • motivo Texto optional Reason for the punishment.

Examples

/silenciar @Usuario 10 Flood no chat

Times out for 10 minutes.

/silenciar @Usuario 1440 Briga generalizada

Times out for 24h (1440 min).

Notes: Requires the **Moderate Members** permission.

Releases the member before the scheduled time.

/desilenciar

Arguments

  • membro Membro required Who will be released.

Examples

/desilenciar @Usuario

Immediately removes the timeout.

The warning is recorded and the member receives a DM. Use it to escalate punishments: 1st time warning, 2nd timeout, etc.

/advertir

Arguments

  • membro Membro required Who will receive the warning.
  • motivo Texto required Clear description of what happened.

Examples

/advertir @Usuario Linguagem ofensiva

Records the warning and sends a DM.

Notes: Requires **Manage Messages**.

Lists all warnings with ID, reason, and date.

/advertencias

Arguments

  • membro Membro optional If empty, shows your own.

Examples

/advertencias @Usuario

Views all of the user's warnings.

/advertencias

Views your own warnings.

The ID appears in `/advertencias` and `/modlogs`. Use it to void a warning applied by mistake.

/remover-infracao

Arguments

  • id_infracao Número required Infraction ID (shown in bold).

Examples

/remover-infracao 42

Deletes infraction #42 from the database.

Can filter by author. Ideal for clearing spam or out-of-context conversations. Messages older than 14 days are not deleted by Discord.

/limpar

Arguments

  • quantidade Número (1–100) required How many messages to delete.
  • usuario Membro optional If provided, only deletes messages from them.

Examples

/limpar 50

Deletes the last 50 messages in the channel.

/limpar 100 @Usuario

Deletes up to 100 messages, only from the mentioned user.

Notes: Requires **Manage Messages**.

Prevents the default role from sending messages. Mods with permission can still speak. Use in raids or heated discussions.

/bloquear-canal

Examples

/bloquear-canal

Locks the channel where the command was used.

Notes: Requires **Manage Channels**.

Reverts `/bloquear-canal`.

/desbloquear-canal

Examples

/desbloquear-canal

Unlocks the channel for everyone again.

Each member can only send 1 message every X seconds. Use `0` to disable.

/modolento

Arguments

  • segundos Número required 0 disables. Max 21600 (6h).

Examples

/modolento 5

1 msg every 5 seconds.

/modolento 0

Disables slowmode.

Lists all actions (ban, kick, timeout, warn) a moderator has applied. Useful for team auditing.

/modlogs

Arguments

  • staff Membro required The moderator to be audited.

/modlogs @Moderador

Views everything that mod has applied.

Notes: Requires **Manage Messages**.

Member's full profile

Displays level, XP, ranking, weekly, badges, and frame. Use `/perfil rank` for the visual image card.

/perfil ver

Arguments

  • membro Membro optional If empty, shows your own.

Peeks at another member's profile.

Visual rank card

Image 930x280 with avatar, name, bio, badges, level, XP, current ranking, and weekly ranking.

/perfil rank

Arguments

  • membro Membro optional If empty, generates yours.

Generates your rank card.

Notes: If you have **Premium**, the card automatically uses your custom colors, font, and background.

Changes your bio

Maximum 80 characters. Supports emoji and markdown.

/perfil bio

Arguments

  • texto Texto (até 80) required New biography.

Sets this phrase as your bio.

Select badges

A menu with the badges available on your account opens. You can only choose the ones you already have.

/perfil badge

Notes: Available badges: **Staff** 🛡️, **Bug** 🐛, **Active** ⚡, **Premium** 💎.

Podium design with medals 🥇🥈🥉 + positions 4th to 10th. You can toggle between **Chat** and **Voice** (Premium).

/lideres

Arguments

  • tipo Escolha optional chat · voice · weekly

Examples

/lideres

General chat ranking.

/lideres tipo: Voz

Ranking of who talks most in calls (Premium).

/lideres tipo: Semanal

Ranking that resets every Monday.

Notes: The **Voice** and **Weekly** rankings require active Premium.

Useful for fixing level bugs or giving a manual boost. XP is **not** changed, only the level.

/darnivel

Arguments

  • membro Membro required Who will receive the level.
  • nivel Número (≥ 0) required New level.

Examples

/darnivel @Usuario 50

Puts the user at level 50.

The level is automatically recalculated based on the new XP. Removals never go below 0.

/modificarxp

Arguments

  • acao Escolha required Add or Remove.
  • quantidade Número positivo required How much XP to add/remove.
  • membro Membro required Target of the change.

Examples

/modificarxp acao:Adicionar quantidade:5000 membro:@Usuario

Adds 5000 XP to the user.

/modificarxp acao:Remover quantidade:1000 membro:@Usuario

Removes 1000 XP from the user.

Without `membro` you reset **EVERYONE** — requires `confirmar:True` for safety.

/resetar

Arguments

  • membro Membro optional If empty, resets EVERYONE on the server.
  • confirmar Booleano optional Required `True` for global reset.

Examples

/resetar membro:@Usuario

Zeroes only this user's XP.

/resetar confirmar:True

⚠️ Zeroes XP for the **entire** server.

Menu with buttons covering **everything**: XP, cooldowns, roles, multipliers, voice, blacklists. It's the easiest way to configure the bot without memorizing commands.

/painel

Examples

Opens the settings panel (only you see it).

Notes: Requires being an **Administrator** or having the **PoinMod** role.

Values between 1 and 100. The higher, the faster you level up.

/setxp

Arguments

  • minimo Número (1–100) required Minimum XP per message.
  • maximo Número (1–100) required Maximum XP per message.

Examples

/setxp 15 25

Each message gives between 15 and 25 XP (default).

/setxp 30 50

Faster server, ideal for active communities.

Prevents spammers from leveling up faster. Values between 4 and 500 seconds.

/setcooldown

Arguments

  • segundos Número (4–500) required Minimum time between 2 messages that count XP.

Examples

/setcooldown 60

60s between messages that give XP (default).

/setcooldown 10

Levels up fast — good for small servers.

When someone levels up, the bot sends the message to this channel instead of the channel where the person spoke.

/setcanal

Arguments

  • canal Canal de texto required Channel where alerts will appear.

Examples

/setcanal #conquistas

Level ups go to #achievements.

Supports variables that are replaced when sending.

/setmensagem

Arguments

  • texto Texto (até 500) required Message with variables.

Examples

Bot's default message.

More personalized version.

Notes: Available variables: `{mention}` `{user}` `{name}` `{username}` `{level}` `{server}`.

Join role

The bot needs its role **above** the configured role to deliver it. Does not work for bots.

/autorole definir

Arguments

  • cargo Cargo required Automatic join role.

Examples

/autorole definir @Membro

Every newcomer gets the @Member role.

Role blacklist

Every member with the blocked role stops earning XP in chat and voice — useful for bots, punishment roles, or muted.

Arguments

  • cargo Cargo required Role to be blocked.

Whoever is muted doesn't earn XP.

Bots don't count for the leaderboard (good practice).

Opens an interactive panel where you choose which channel each type of event will be logged to (messages, members, moderation, server, and levels). This helps keep the server auditable and secure.

Shows details and emoji link.

When someone mentions you, the bot automatically replies warning that you are AFK. Any message from you disables it.

/afk

Arguments

  • motivo Texto optional Reason for absence.
  • todos_os_servidores Booleano optional Apply AFK across all bot servers.

The report goes to the bot's log channel. Be specific: what you did, what you expected, what happened.

Premium status

Shows if it's active, when it expires, how many days are left, and who bought it.

Activate premium

Creates a preference in Mercado Pago with a QR Code. After paying, click **Check payment** and Premium is activated automatically on the server.

/premium comprar

Notes: 💳 **R$ 15.00** for 30 days · Pix, card, or boleto via Mercado Pago. If the server **already has active Premium**, use `/premium renovar` instead of buying.

Renew subscription

The 30 days are **added** to the current expiration date (not replaced). Ideal to not lose already paid time.

/premium renovar

Generates renewal QR Code.

Multiplies **all** XP earned (chat + voice) by the defined value. Useful for events or seasons.

/setmult

Arguments

  • valor Número (0.1–10.0) required Multiplier. E.g. 2.0 = double XP.

Examples

Doubles all server XP.

/setmult 0.5

Halves XP (useful for "punishment" events).

/setmult 5.0

Quintuples XP — very intense.

Notes: Requires active **Premium** on the server.

Enables/disables XP for time in call, defines how much XP per minute, and how many users minimum in the call to count.

/setvoz

Arguments

  • ativado Booleano optional Turns voice XP on/off.
  • multiplicador Número (1–100) optional XP per minute in the call.
  • min_usuarios Número (1–10) optional Minimum people in the call.

/setvoz ativado:True

Enables voice XP.

/setvoz multiplicador:5 min_usuarios:3

5 XP/min with at least 3 people in the call.

Notes: Requires active **Premium**. Muted/deafened members do not count.

Role multiplier

All members with this role earn more XP per message. If the member has multiple boosted roles, the **highest** value is applied (they do not stack).

/boost cargo

Arguments

  • cargo Cargo required Role that will receive the multiplier.
  • valor Número (0.1–10.0) required Multiplier. 2.0 = double XP.

Examples

/boost cargo @VIP 2.0

Whoever has @VIP gets double XP.

/boost cargo @Booster 1.5

Server boosters get 1.5x XP.

/boost cargo @Staff 0.3

Reduces staff XP — common so mods don't level up fast.

Notes: Requires active **Premium**. Combines with `/boost canal` and `/setmult` — final XP is the multiplication of all.

Channel multiplier

Messages in this channel are worth more XP. Perfect for "premium" channels like #general or event channels.

/boost canal

Arguments

  • canal Canal de texto required Channel that will receive the multiplier.
  • valor Número (0.1–10.0) required Multiplier. 1.5 = 50% more XP.

#general gives double XP.

#events gives 3x XP — attracts people there.

Background opacity

0 = invisible background, 100 = fully visible. Use it to make the card more readable if the image is light.

/perfil opacidade

Arguments

  • valor Número (0–100) required Percentage of opacity.

Examples

/perfil opacidade 60

Background visible but not interfering with the text.

/perfil opacidade 100

Background 100% visible (default).

Notes: Requires **Premium** and a configured background.

Background image

Send an attached image **or** paste a direct URL. Without arguments, removes the current background.

/perfil plano-de-fundo

Arguments

  • imagem Anexo optional Image to use as background.
  • url Texto (URL) optional Direct link to the image.

Examples

Uses the attached image as background.
