The most common questions about PoinBot.
Click Add to Discord, choose the server and authorize the permissions. We recommend granting Administrator so every feature works (moderation, roles, modlogs).
Use
/painel in the server. There you configure XP per message, cooldown, announcement channel, level-up message, level roles and much more.
Check:
- Is the bot's role above the members' roles?
- Is the channel blacklisted? Use
/listanegra canal-listar. - Is the member's role blacklisted? Use
/listanegra cargo-listar. - Isn't the cooldown too high? Check
/verconfig.

Payment is processed by Mercado Pago (Pix, card or boleto). Once approved, premium is activated automatically on the chosen server. We don't store any card data.
Yes! The Premium plan is per server. If you want premium on multiple servers, you must activate it on each one (each with its own payment).
Premium features are locked until you renew. Your data (XP, configs, profiles) is preserved. Renew with
/premium renew or via the site.
